Rock is often easily dismissed as simple and narrow, but there are more sides to the story here. Produced by Bring Me The Horizon’s Al Groove, the album
explodes open with the track ‘Giving Me Up’, a fiery opener that sets up your average fist in the air rock’n’roll sound, before ‘Girl’ and the title track, turn to a more bluesy vibe, slightly more mellow, with a softer take on vocals and guitar. The deep cuts are a much-needed break from all the head-banging I found… ‘Fosnavag’ jumps back into the groove, moving away from roots to a
slightly more indie feel, culminating in the ultimate rock anthem full of punchy and passionate energy that typifies the album.
