Everybody’s favourite pop star delivered a superb show of
fast, fun and explosive pop bangers. She spread the chart-topping tracks
throughout the set, dropping some slower numbers in between. Surrounded by just
two dancers, the simple stage production was effective and added to the
performance, rather than acting as a distraction, not that anything could
distract you from Dua Lipa however who was in a feisty mood, throwing karate
kicks out during instrumentals. Inevitably ‘One Kiss’ and ‘New Rules’ drew the
biggest reaction, but ‘Blow Your Mind’ and, ‘IDGAF’, were received equally as
well. It was a show packed with energy, authenticity and class. Bravo.
