boygenius have announced their first ever UK headline shows at London’s Gunnersbury Park on August 20th and Halifax’s The Piece Hall on August 22nd. MUNA and Ethel Cain join the supergroup in London, with Ethel Cain also heading to Halifax. Who’s ready to cry for an hour or two?
boygenius recently returned with the release of three singles from their upcoming album, the record: ‘$20’, ‘Emily I’m Sorry’, and ‘True Blue’. It’s the first full-length project from the band – comprised of Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers and Lucy Dacus – following their 2018 self-titled EP. Produced and written by boygenius, the reocrd was recorded at Shangri-la Studios in Malibu, California. Released on March 31st, it’s undoubtedly one of the most anticipated albums of 2023.
