If you were looking for ska-pop-rock on a Saturday night, Kahuna opening for St. Buryan satisfied all
trombone and string-based cravings. Meanwhile, Club Paradise were predictably incredible. You’d be insane to miss them live this year. Their catchy homage to St. Elmo’s Fire, Kirby Keger allowed the four piece to do what they do best – throw some mad shapes and show why they’re heavily tipped as ones to watch in 2019.
They can say guitar music is dead but St. Buryan will keep proving them wrong. The lads brought a
flawless set to their debut Think Tank show and continued to win over fans with ‘boppy’
bangers “Everything I Said,” and new single, “Breathe Deep.” Their cohesive energy and sheer
bloody enthusiasm to made it a banging night, not only ticking every box, but leaving the whole floor
wanting more. Well played, lads.
