Suits. The suits man. Suave as fuck. The performance wasn’t bad either. What you expect from a trio who’ve played in some of the world’s biggest bands. They balanced their smooth coolness with an angst and energy . Newer numbers were played out, ‘Gummy Bear’ and ‘Works Every Time’ sounding luscious. ‘Vertigo’ saw Mikey Shoes take on Turner’s verse to a great degree of success whilst the rampant explosions of ‘Bad Things’ and set-closer ‘Honey, I’m Home’ were chaotic, prolific, top, top quality. Limbs were flying from the trio, the stitching of the suits holding together nicely. It was a proper rock’n’roll show from a proper band. Honey, they’re home.
